1. Who we are

This website is operated by Compass Camper LLC, an Oregon-registered limited liability company doing business as Compass Lead Group. By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. What the service is

Charlotte Harbor Pool Cages is a marketing and lead generation service. We connect homeowners with independent licensed local screen enclosure contractors. We are not a contractor, we do not perform, supervise, or inspect any work, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.

3. Contractor work is between you and the contractor

Any consultation, quote, permit, or construction work is provided by the independent contractor you engage, under a contract you make directly with them. You are responsible for verifying the contractor's license and insurance, and we encourage exactly that; the Florida DBPR license search is linked throughout this site.

4. No warranty

The site and its content are provided as is. We do not warrant any contractor's work, pricing, schedule, or conduct, and we do not warrant that the site's content is error free. Content about codes, permits, insurance, and costs is general information with cited sources, not legal, engineering, or insurance advice, and can change after its citation date.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Compass Camper LLC's total liability arising from your use of this site or the matching service is limited to $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any act or omission of any independent contractor.

6. Acceptable use

Do not submit false information, scrape the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may decline or discontinue service to anyone at our discretion.

7. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any dispute arising from these terms or the service is resolved in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
